Change or cancellation of order
As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by email  within 24 hours of placing your original order. If your order is placed outside of business hours we will need the request by 9am the following business day. Any requests after this time will be at the discretion of Metalscape. 

No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order is in process/completed/dispatched.
 
We do not refund or exchange items:
- if you decide to change your design, as most of our products are personalised
- if errors are made due to incorrect information supplied by you

WHAT can be returned?
Please contact Metalscape prior to returning any items. No personalised items can be returned. Other goods will only be refunded if received in saleable condition.

You may only returns within 14 days of order being sent.

HOW to return items
Please contact Metalscape prior to returning any items. Where possible, please leave product in original packaging and include documentation sent.

Return SHIPPING Charges
If Metalscape has made an error then the shipping charges to return the goods will be paid by using account details which will be advised

If returned goods are based on change of mind, then all shipping costs are at the cost of the customer
